In 1980 Bob Bowie began working in construction as a second generation builder. Like construction projects themselves, Bob learned from the ground up. Since then, he developed his skills and honed his expertise on the job, successfully completing a variety of countless large and small projects. Bob established Bowie Construction & Engineering, Inc. to be a full-service general, concrete and engineering construction company.
For the last 40 years, Bob has managed, designed and built buildings from the ground -up construction, for a wide range of recognizable projects including schools, retail shopping centers, restaurants, automobile dealerships and high-end and unique renovation projects.
Bob especially enjoys working with clients that allow him some degree of input with their design and creativity-he loves sharing the ideas and experience he’s gained over the many years of experience overseeing hundreds of square feet of building in the past 40 years.
Bob is also a valued member of his community who constantly gives back whether it be to his local businesses, the chamber or his church parish, Bob is always willing to lend a hand. Bob’s family and friends are everything to him and he loves spending time with his wife and grandchildren whenever possible. When Bob’s not working he enjoys playing music, golf, fishing and traveling to his Arnold Cabin.

Stephanie joined the Bowie Team in 2012 as a contract employee who had originally been hired to implement new systems and train employees to work those systems, however, after a short period of time with Bowie, it was evident she was made for our Team and we were determined to insist that she join on a permanent basis. In an effort to take on a higher role and assume more responsibility at the company, Steph decided to take several finance courses which enabled her to work her way up to becoming the company’s Chief Financial Officer in just under a year.
Prior to working at Bowie, Steph was a paralegal who worked in several areas of law and it was when she was working on several constructive defect cases that she first developed an interest in this field. Steph’s abilities to self-teach various programs and/or necessary everyday functions of her job enable her to be a vital utility player at Bowie in addition to being the company’s CFO and Project Coordinator.
Steph does an excellent job at managing budgets and controlling expenses effectively by establishing, monitoring and enforcing all financial policies and procedures within the company. When Steph is not working she enjoys spending time with her family which also includes President, Bob Bowie (Papa Bob), her husband Burak and beautiful daughters Jaydin and Mikela.

Ernesto has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, initially hired as a superintendent, Ernesto quickly worked his way up to his role as a Project Manager. By leading his team on a daily basis with his strong work ethic, positive attitude, limitless knowledge in the construction industry, and apparent appetite for success, Ernesto brings invaluable experience to our team.
Ernesto performs a multitude of tasks including but not limited to establishing project budgets, providing daily reports that detail every aspect of the work performed (labor & material costs, updates, etc.)coordinating daily construction activities, working closely with subcontractors, vendors and Bowie’s Team to execute all aspects of our projects in an effort to most importantly provide quality control and assurance to our clients.
When Ernesto is not working, he enjoys coaching his son's baseball team, visiting his native Mexico and spending quality time with his wife and three children.
DEB DESSINGER

Deb joined the team in 2018 and has been an amazing asset to the Bowie Team.
Deb manages the day-to-day operations at Bowie and keeps the team on track! She maintains all office related issues, including but not limited to client and potential client relations, weekly customer billings, subcontractors, vendors, contracts and even payroll when needed.
Deb is another key player at Bowie and there does not seem to be a hat that we have given her that she has not found a way to make fit!
When Deb is not working hard at the office, she enjoys traveling, eating out and spending time, or rather spoiling her adorable twin grandsons Blake & Drew!
