Our History in the Community
In 1980 Bob Bowie began working in construction as a second generation builder. Like construction projects themselves, Bob learned from the ground up. Since then, he developed his skills and honed his expertise on the job, successfully completing a variety of countless large and small projects. Bob established Bowie Construction & Engineering, Inc. to be a full-service general, concrete and engineering construction company.
We deal only with highly qualified and licensed artisans- those on our in-house team as well as those with whom we subcontract. Our employees upgrade their skills and stay up-to-date in the latest equipment, regulations, tools, and techniques through ongoing training and safety awareness courses.
On Time and with in the Budget
Your time is valuable. When you need work performed, you need it done properly. We will take your project through to its completion and your full satisfaction. Our strategy is to complete your project in a cost conscious and timely manner, no matter how small or large the task, in rain or shine.

We develop schedules that meet your deadlines, even if you have a change or when a building inspector requires one. We will contact the right people, suggest viable options and keep your work on track. Whether your project is commercial or residential, we respect your environment. In any remodel situation, we will work around your business operations or home routine to keep the work clean and to minimize disruptions, noise and dust.
Whole Access Handicap Advocate Service
Volunteer services were donated to construct concrete handicap access areas. These areas included a full basement as well as other site work for a non-profit handicap advocate service.

Christmas in April Rebuilding TogetherOver the past three years we have provided services to underprivileged families in various phases of home renovation.
City of Belmont Police Department Mobile TrailerThis trailer was renovated to accommodate the Belmont Police Department with a full-service mobile command center.
